Accepted Papers
The Accepted Papers section of the
SLEEP Web site includes links to manuscripts that the editor has accepted for publication but has not scheduled for publication in an issue of the journal yet. Once published, links to the manuscripts are removed from this area. Please note that these manuscripts are posted as received and no formatting or editing has occurred yet. As a result, the manuscripts will appear somewhat differently when published in
SLEEP. We have created this section of the Web site so our readership has access to new science as early as possible. As a result, new papers will be added shortly after acceptance. All papers appearing on the
SLEEP Web site, including the Accepted Papers section, are copyright of the Associated Professional Sleep Societies, LLC. No paper in whole or in part may be used in any form without written permission from the Associated Professional Sleep Societies, LLC.
Embargo Policy
If an institution or funding organization plans to produce a press release about research published in the journal SLEEP, the institutional press officer should contact the Associated Professional Sleep Societies LLC (APSS) public relations office before the release is distributed. Studies accepted for publication in the journal SLEEP are embargoed until midnight on the publication date for the issue in which the study appears. Each issue of SLEEP is published monthly on the first day of the month. All institutions must abide by these embargo dates. Contact the public relations office at
media@aasmnet.org or 630-737-9700 with questions.
